Im on a roll!

Hi everyone!
I have a few more pictures I want to share with you. The card has a technique on it that I had seen on another blog and decided to try to make one using the same technique. I love the way it came out. To me, it looks like a quilt. So pretty!
The second picture is a project that I made at my LSS during a Sunday afternoon class. It is a folder with notecards inside. I love the colors! I love the way it came out!
I hope you enjoy!
Let me know what you think! I love comments!

Finally! I have pictures posted!!!

Hello Everyone!
Yes its true. I finally got some pictures posted of a bunch of things Ive made these last few months.
I have been trying all kinds of new tools and techniques and love them all.
Hope you enjoy what Ive made. Let me know what you think!

This is a frame that I added a monogram to. The monogram is  made out of vinyl.

This is a baby book that I made. It measures 6x6. It is for sale. There is room in the book for at least 12 photos.

This is a pop up card. As you can see, the flowers are popped up.The flowers are popped up using acetate.

This is another pop up card.

This is a card I made for a card swap.

I hope you like these few things Ive made. I have more to post and will do that tomorrow. Please let me know what you think.
Thanks! and Happy Crafting!!!

Hello Hello Hello!

I know, I know....Its been forever since Ive posted anything. Its definately NOT because I havent made anything though. Ive made some really fun things these last few months, so I have alot to share with you. This year is proving to be pretty crazy. Lots of great things, some not so good. Things are finally calming down though. One super great thing going on right now is the much awaited arrival of my new niece. We are waiting on the call to hear of her birth.
I became an Independent Consultant for Thirty-One Gifts in November and let me tell you....The totes are fantastic for scrapbooking organization. I go to crops as often as I can and the Large Utility Tote is the BEST to carry my cricut expression in. It not only fits the machine, but tons of other stuff with it. I use several of the other sizes for my scrapbooking too. Check it out!  If you have any questions about them, Ill be glad to answer them.  mythirtyone.com/kathygriffin.
As soon as I get all my pictures downloaded, I will post all my cards, layouts and crafts Ive been working on!
Well, Im going to be crafting a bunch tonight while I wait up to watch the royal wedding. William and Kate should have invited me. They didnt, so I guess Ill just enjoy the festivities here at home on the television.
Happy scrapping!!!

My first crop for the year.

Last saturday I was able to attend a crop with some friends. It was my first one for the new year. I havent been to one since October and didnt realize how much Ive missed scrapbooking with my friends. Just because I havent been to a crop doesnt mean that I havent been scrapping though. My husband and I went to Florida for Christmas to be with his family and my sister in law and I got to have a girls scrap night. It was so much fun and we both got some really fun things done. Im in the middle of moving my scrap studio and cant wait until I get things in place in the new room. Hopefully it will be very soon and I cant start back full force scrapping.
I was in another card swap this month and the cards I recieved in it on Sunday were awesome. I will post pictures of the one I made for it and of some of the other projects I have made since my last post. Happy Friday everyone!

Its December!!!!

Hello everyone!
I hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend. Well, tomorrow, I start the decoration process around the house. I LOVE Christmas!
I found a few more pictures of some things Ive done a couple of months ago that I want to share. The waterfall card is really neat and was fun  to make. The Thank you card was my first attempt using  SCAL for the actual card part. The grapes were made using a cartridge. The last picture is a heading I made using the Cricut Lite cartridge, Celebrate with Flourishes. I hope you like them. Let me know. I love comments!!!
Happy Crafting!

The "Hello" waterfall card.
I love the skates! They will look great on a card!

Happy Friday!!!

I hope everyone had a great week and looking forward to a greater weekend! I'm at Myrtle Beach right now, but about to leave to go back home. Mark and I had a great time. Wonderful weather, shopping, dinner with my aunt and uncle at Fishbone one night, and then Rioz brazilian steakhouse last night. It was nice to get away and celebrate Marks birthday here.
I have a few more projects I want to share with you. Tell me what you think.

This monkey was so easy to make. Just 3 circles and 2 small brads for the eyes.

A simple congratulation card using some stampin up products.

I  made this using the "A Childs Year" cartridge.

I love this one. Very simple, yet elegant. This too was made with Stampin' up products.

More new pictures!!

A few more cards Ive made. I have more to come.

I designed this with my gypsy.
This was the card I won the card swap with.

This was the card I made for Septembers card swap.

A few Thank you cards I made. The first one used Create a Critter, and the second one I used Preserves (I Think) :)

Hello everyone!! Finally some pictures!!!!

Well, I finally downloaded all my pictures of my projects on here. I know its been quite a while, but Im finally done. Seems like I had so much going on these last few months. Between Our trip out west, our trip to my in-laws in Florida and my high school reunion in NY, its been crazy. I have a bunch of things to share though. I went to a stamp camp a few weeks ago. It was my first time attending one, but definately wont be my last. It was alot of fun.
I recently started playing with flower soft and it is really neat. I found an easy way to adhere it to small pieces. I ran the piece of cardstock that I wanted to adhere the flower soft to through my small xyron X with right side down. Then all I had to do is peal and stick the stuff on it. Simple!!! Ill post a picture of that soon.
Ive been working on my my Christmas cards this week. Not quite done yet. I did get my cards for the card swap done too, and Im really pleased with them. Last month I won the vote on the best card at the swap. Would be really cool if I could win again. I guess Il have to wait and see. Everyone in the swap makes such awesome cards. They are all such a talented bunch of ladies. It is so much fun to be a part of. I was truly honored to win. Well here are a bunch of the things I have been working on. Please leave a comment and tell me what you think. I love to hear from you guys. If you arent a follower, please think about becoming one. Just click on the follow button on the left.
Thanks everyone!
Happy Scrapping!!!!
Kathy

This is a card I designed on a whim. I think it came out kinda cute.

I used the Cricut Lite cartridge Celebrate with a Fllourish on these two.
